This was my first maternity session and I was SUPER excited about it! We ended up doing it in the snow storm on Saturday...so...freezing, wet, and snowing. My lens was having a hard time focusing because it was trying to focus on so many of the little snowflakes fluttering by. We still had fun and were able to capture some great moments.

Hhmm, yeah, she looks about 5 months along. No, she is due in about 2 weeks!

I love the reflection of the belly in the glass behind!

I got this idea from another photographer friend (Miss you Melissa!!!). WAY CUTE HUH!!!

This picture reminds me of the Polar Express...notice the snow! Poor kid was freezing, but he was determined to see and RIDE the train!

Thank you, for letting me capture some moments BEFORE baby is due. I can't wait to find out if it is pink or blue!

Stay tuned for part II...when baby ARRIVES!!!!

First, I need to apologize to the West family. Dad West was meeting us on his lunch break, so for some odd reason, I felt like I needed to hurry so he could get back to work. I got in my car, looked at the clock, and realized we had only been 35 minutes. I am so sorry if I felt rushed. But, luckily, we were able to snap some GREAT pictures in just a short amount of time!

You will see throughout this sneak peek the kind of personality that the little boy has. He was so much fun and EASY!

I LOVE this picture. I have found that there are multiple pictures from multiple sessions that I wish I could hang on my wall...and this one is one of them. It is a tad bit over-exposed (operator error), but very heart warming!

Isn't he a heart breaker!

Thank you, West family, for letting me capture a few moments of your cute little family!

These are some great friends of our family. We have known them for a few years now and appreciate their friendship...even when I forget that we were invited for birthday cake!! =)

They just had girl #2, and she is just as cute and precious as the first one. PLUS, she is on my favorite list because she slept through most of the session! I LOVE when newborns do that!

I absolutely LOVE the dress! I wonder if they make it in womans....let's say size ##...you didn't think I was actually going to tell you did you!

Always love the tush!

PRICELESS!

Thank you, Durrant Family, for letting me capture a few moments of your little girls!

I met the Marler family through church. They completely inspire me. They have the cutest, most well behaved kids...JEALOUS!

If this picture doesn't melt your heart....you're stubborn!!

Mr. Cool Guy

Gorgeous smile!

The picture is completely random. I just thought it was cute. Every body was so concerned on why Ben couldn't stop laughing!

Thank you, Marler family, for letting me capture a few moments of your family!

These pictures are of my husband's sisters' family...so my in-laws. The two oldest boys are in school and had their pictures taken at school, so she only needed pictures of the two youngest children...so don't think we have favorites!!

We did Thanksgiving at her house and before most of the guests arrived, we were able to snap this session!

Isn't she scrumptious!!

Once again, love the eyes!

Doesn't he look innocent!? Well, looks are deceiving...but we sure do LOVE the stud!!!

First time on the grass...can't ya' tell!

I think I get more nervous to do sessions of my own family than any others. But, I thought they turned out adorable. Thank you, Nelson family, for letting me capture a few moments before we stuffed ourselves with TURKEY!!!!

This is a session I did while on Thanksgiving "vacation". It is a gal my husband grew up with. I had so much fun chasing their boys around while trying to snap a few pictures. It was COLD, but FUN!!

I seriously LOVE this picture. Doesn't it portray the story of life!

Handsome Studs!!!

Thank you, Heuseveldt Family, for driving a small distance during your break so I could capture some moments of your ambitious little boys!

We were going out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday. The Merrill family wanted a session, so I changed my plans. I am SO GLAD I did because I had so much fun!

Thank you, Merrill Family for letting me capture a few moments of your family while you were here for the holidays.
